For defective goods, the period is 30 days from delivery. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.<\/p><h2>How to request a return<\/h2><p>Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/abayamodern.com\/en\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>, choose \u201cReturn or exchange\u201d, and include your order number, product and request. If there is a defect, describe it; we may ask for photos to review it. We will explain the appropriate collection or exchange steps.<\/p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><p>For defective goods, exchange or refund is provided without extra cost within one week of the request, in line with consumer rights. Refunds use the original payment method; we contact you to arrange the return of cash payments.
